1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account or purchasing SIM/eSIM.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your use of the Services.
2. Services & Network
- Travo Mobile provides SIM cards and eSIM plans.
- Coverage and service quality depend on the partner mobile networks we work with. Availability may vary by location, device, and network conditions.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to network limitations, maintenance, or external factors.
3. Device Compatibility
- You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the Travo Mobile SIM or eSIM.
- Travo Mobile does not sell physical phones — our service is limited to SIM / eSIM connectivity only.
4. Account, Activation & Billing
- When you sign up for a SIM or eSIM plan, you will create an account with us.
- All plans are prepaid; you pay in advance for the service.
- By purchasing and activating a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount due.
- You are responsible for all applicable charges, including taxes, regulatory fees, or any service-related fees.
5. Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Service: Because Travo Mobile operates on a prepaid model, we do not offer refunds for service once the SIM or eSIM plan has been purchased and activated.
- SIM / eSIM Sales Are Final: Once you buy a SIM card or eSIM plan, the purchase is final. You acknowledge that by placing the order.
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the Services to infringe on others’ rights, including privacy or intellectual property.
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious communications.
- Use the SIM / eSIM in an unauthorized device or in a way that violates network policies.
- Overload or damage the network in any way (for example via denial-of-service actions).
- Misrepresent your identity or create fake user accounts.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your service.
7. Number Assignment & Porting
- Travo Mobile may assign you a phone number when you activate a SIM or eSIM line.
- If you cancel your service, or port your number to another carrier, we may reassign the number to someone else.
- You are responsible for initiating a port-out request from your new provider if you wish to take your number with you.
8. Customer Information
- You must keep your account and contact information up to date.
- In case of lost or stolen SIM/eSIM, you must notify us immediately. We may have replacement procedures.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials (password, username) and for any activity under your account.
9. Monitoring & Support
- We may monitor or record calls, chats, or communications with our support team for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution.
- Travo Mobile support is available [insert your support hours or “24/7” if applicable].
10. Location Information
- With eSIM and SIM usage, we may collect approximate device location (while your device is on), which helps with service provision and, if needed, emergency services.
- We may also use location data for lawful purposes, including compliance with legal requests or to protect our network.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travo Mobile is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Service interruptions, delays, or data loss;
- Unauthorized access to your account or personal data;
- Any acts or omissions outside our reasonable control (e.g., network failures).
- Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travo Mobile (and its officers, directors, employees) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
13. Termination
- Travo Mobile may suspend or terminate your account and service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay.
- You can cancel your service anytime by contacting our support team.
- Upon termination:
- Your SIM or eSIM service will stop.
- Any unused prepaid balance may be forfeited (unless otherwise stated).
- You may lose access to your number unless you port it out before termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by United States law.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Services will be resolved via court.
15. Changes to Terms
- Travo Mobile reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
- Revised terms will be posted on our website.
- Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content on the Travo Mobile website or Services are owned by or licensed to us.
- You are not permitted to reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.
17. Miscellaneous
- Assignment: We may transfer or assign our rights under these Terms to a third party.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
